HCG diets are known for their shocking speed; people can lose a pound every day. Around the body parts you always wanted to see addressed. The surprising thing is, that this magic weight loss option isn’t new. It was at least a half-century ago in Europe that the first HCG diet plan was promoted at a clinic. Ever since then, it has remained a kind of popular niche. If it hasn’t ever entered the mainstream, it’s because most doctors believe that HCG doesn’t do anything. They attribute all the weight-loss to the dangerously lean diet that these women go on.
It’s surprising that there should be all these clinics all around the country that should still promote the HCG diet plan. The FDA requires that every package of HCG should declare clearly that it doesn’t do anything for weight-loss or fat redistribution. But it’s still not illegal for doctors to prescribe it for these kind of off-label purposes. What is illegal though is the sale of what some practitioners call homeopathic HCG.
One Of The Major Undesirable Secondary Effects Of The HCG Diet Is Constipation. Being constipated can frustrate you by keeping weight on that you are desperately trying to lose. The best way to battle the HCG diet and constipation link is to have a remedy for constant constipation relief.

The HCG weight loss program has a side effect, sometimes, of constipation. Constipation can slow down your weight loss goals in a couple of ways.
The first problem you’re going to have from constipation, is that more waste is staying inside your body. That waste has weight. That means you’re going to notice slower weight loss than perhaps you should. That waste in your stomach, and intestines, is also going to make you feel more bloated, bogged down, and shrink your enthusiasm for being active and exercising to encourage more weight loss.
The other problem with the HCG diet causing constipation is that waste that is sitting inside your body longer. As long as your HCG diet and constipation side effects are in effect that waste is beginning to rot inside your body.
The good news is, there are plenty of ways to relieve constipation. One remedy for constipation relief is to exercise regularly to keep the body in top condition and active. Finally, you may want to consider a colon cleanse to get things moving again.

Getting hemorrhoids is a sign that something is not quite right with your digestive system – specifically, your lower bowel. If you are tired of taking over the counter medications, you should look at treating your hemorrhoids in a more natural way.
The real natural cure for hemorrhoids is making a positive change in your diet to include more roughage. It also involves being less sedentary, not being overweight, and generally taking care of your body.
If, however, you do get hemorrhoids, there is a natural substance that you can use to treat them – witch hazel.
Witch hazel does an amazing job of helping to shrink hemorrhoids. It is also a natural anesthesia and when applied to the hemorrhoid with a cold compress can make the pain virtually disappear. Some people also use aloe based gels which helps to sooth the hemorrhoids as well as reduces the swelling.

A rarely mentioned reason for hemorrhoids is the length of time we sit on the toilet as well as how we sit. Many people unwisely use the bathroom as a reading area. They sit on the toilet and read a book or magazine and possibly end up sitting there for as 20 minutes or longer. This is not good because the longer you sit there the greater the harder it is for the blood to circulate in your rectum. And this condition, can cause the formation of hemorrhoids.
Obesity is another leading factor in causing hemorrhoids. The extra weight pushing down on the intestines, many times leads to constipation which leads to hemorrhoids.
The best hemorrhoid treatment for either case is avoid sitting for long periods of time and to change your diet to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and drink water.

Recently my sister has started trying a new medical food called Hyfiber to get relief from constipation. This is something she did not what to talk about that’s for sure. Constipation has been a real struggle for her ever since her stress levels have increased and her sleep has decreased. Luckily we found this unique soluble fiber that contains 11 grams of fiber per serving. She only has to take it once a day for three weeks and she’s already been feeling so much better. The best part about using this medical food is she no longer has to rely on laxatives or stool softeners. It’s so easy to take, it tastes great and it’s also inexpensive.

It also completely solved my problem. I no longer feel constipated. There are 11 grams of soluble fiber per ounce, which really do the trick. It’s also inexpensive which is an added bonus! I’ve never taken anything else for my constipation other than this product and I recommend it to all of my friends. I love this product!

Hemorrhoid banding is a very popular treatment for hemorrhoids and works as follows: The doctor inserts an anoscope in the anus. An anoscope is simply a scope that lets the doctor see the interior of the anus in order to locate the one or more hemorrhoids.
He then inserts a special banding tool into the anus. This tools allows him to easily place a rubber band around the hemorrhoid area. Doing this cuts off the blood supply to the hemorrhoid. With no blood, the hemorrhoid shrinks and eventually falls off. The entire process takes place within a two week period.
It’s possible that there may be pain involved when the doctor applies the band. But, normally, a local anesthetic will be all that is needed. There will also be pain for the week following the surgery.

There are many potential causes of hemorrhoids bleeding. To a certain extent, heredity plays a role. If your parents had it then its likely that, at some point, you will have it as well. Constipation, especially when chronic, is a key cause for the condition.
The straining placed on the bowels will aggravate the anal area to such a degree that hemorrhoids will develop. Many women will develop hemorrhoids as a direct result of a pregnancy. And diarrhea can also initiate the condition as the constant excavations begin to irritate the anus walls.
If the bleeding doesn’t stop over a period of a couple of days, it’s always best to see a doctor to examine you. Based on your visit, the doctor can determine if your bleeding is indeed a cause of hemorrhoids or if it is due to some other problems.

A good diet is not enough for constipation relief unless it includes plenty of water. That’s right, good old H2O! Water isn’t just important because it helps soften the stool and makes bowel movements easier. Water is actually a natural purifier for your body and will remove toxins as it passes through the body, including in the colon and intestines. Keeping the bowels as clean as possible will help prevent blockages and the constipation that blockages cause.
Any diet that is rich in fiber will help the body have consistent bowel movements or constant constipation relief. Plus, by drinking plenty of water (1/2 ounce for every pound of body weight), you will keep your stool soft and the bowels cleaned. Every so often, you may still need a colon cleansing to remove any compacted feces or waste that sometimes gets trapped in your bowels. Be certain to choose a colon cleanser that uses only natural ingredients because chemicals can cause unwanted side effects. But, by cleansing your colon and intestines every few months and by maintaining your diet to avoid constipation, you should have regular bowel movements and no worries!

Once you’ve started to experience constipation, you can now move backwards on the time line of what you’ve eaten and see what some of the culprits may be. By periodically cutting some of these foods out of your diet, you can see whether or not the constipation continues or subsides. If the constipation goes away after you restrict foods from your diet, chances are those are some of the foods you’ve developed insensitivity to. This process is not always a quick one as we often eat a number of things combined in each and every meal. So, it is possible that you need more than one colon cleanse and a lot of patience to sort it all out.

Gluten is a protein that is found in wheat, barley and rye. That means pretty much any bread – type product you are considering eating probably has gluten in it. This can be quite difficult to avoid on a regular basis, as there are quite often wheat, barley and rye in many of the foods we eat.
There are also a number of other diseases that constipation can be a symptom of. So, instead of just purchasing a colon cleanse to stop the constipation, it may be time to call your doctor. A doctor will be able to run in depth tests to figure out exactly what is behind the bouts of constipation you are having. Additionally, while you’re there, you may want to talk to your doctor about what types of options you have to cleanse colon waste and stop your need for constipation relief.

LOW FAT DIET
Foods that are high in fat are very hard for the body to break down. This is the type of stuff that can muck up the system, slow down the digestive process and lead to constipation. Therefore, it’s best to cut out some of the fat in the diet.
FRESH AND ORGANIC DIET
Choosing foods that are fresh and organic can also help you in your battle against the Rett Syndrome and constipation connection. Organic foods don’t have the hormones that some regular meats do nor the pesticides and many of the other additives, preservatives and chemicals that a lot of foods in the grocery store contain. All of these extra additives, preservatives, hormones and chemicals mean more work for your body to break down that food and pull nutrients from it.
