Afraid of the Alkaline Food Chart

Eating the right foods, that is foods low in fat, and high nutrition etc, is essential to good health. This is one of the main reasons people follow diets, so that they can learn to re-eat properly and hopefully have a happier, healthy, and longer life as a consequence.

Bad food = Bad Health just as good food = improved health and energy levels. Junk food can and does, over time, lead to medical complications as the health deteriorates. There are diets out there specifically for targeted for men’s health and wellbeing, and some targeted for women, but most are for anyone who wants to lose weight and get into shape. It all sounds simple enough, doesn’t it?

So why then does the alkaline diet not have a universal list of acid and alkaline foods? There are not 2 alkaline food charts out there on the internet that agree with each other 100%. It is this, and the contradictions with other diets that have folks wondering what food and diets really are good for us and which are not.

We are, it seems, just guinea pigs for the food industry, and so perhaps we should just eat whatever makes us feel good and stop following the suggestions of so called food experts and wannabe nutritionists.
