I know that exercise is an essential component of any weight loss program, so I’m taking this part as seriously as counting calories. I’ve already signed up for a gym membership and will start out by going twice a week. On days I don’t go to the gym, I plan on walking 2-3 miles and working out with some dumbbells in my basement. Once my body gets used to the new regimen, I’ll start ramping up the frequency and intensity. Finding a free diet plan online is pretty easy since so many websites are devoted to this very thing. While I can’t say that I’ve come across a list of meals that appeals to me in its entirety, I have found many helpful tips and ideas. Furthermore, who’s to say I have to follow one of these free diet plans to the letter? I’ll probably end up picking and choosing a couple meals from several different sources and cobble them all together into a menu that’s more tailored to my tastes.
