However, there are people who would like to believe this is so. In order to have the physical self do what it can do in the way of releasing fat cells to lose weight and become healthier and happier, we must engage in healthier behaviors. These healthy behaviors start with reframed thoughts about food and the eating patterns that are unhealthy. Once this happens, then the body can start the process of releasing fat for our personal goal achievement to be happier and healthier.
Actually, imagine how easy it would be to not want it if it seemed somewhat disgusting or simply unappealing. Wouldn’t that help make the decision to not eat it easier? Of course it would. Add to that having the reframed thoughts of being more attracted to healthy, clean, fresh foods that actually give you more energy and won’t make you feel stuffed and sluggish. What a winning combination it is.
