You don’t even need a legal officiant. It is nice to be able to write your own vows without having any time limitations or restrictions imposed by the officiant. You can even try to have your original wedding party members come to the wedding and serve as your attendants again. Renewing your vows should be part of your long term wedding planning. Don’t be afraid to try out good ideas that you haven’t tried before and best of all try to have fun.
