Stay Cooler With Straw Cowboy Hats
June 15th, 2008To me, straw cowboy hats make so much more sense than baseball caps. They block out a lot more sun, for one thing, and besides that they are much more comfortable. Baseball cap hats tend to get sweaty and disgusting, but straw cowboy hats have holes which allow them to be ventilated. Basically, they are just about perfect for everyday wear.
Of course, not every star cowboy hat is the same. I do not like the really tall straw cowboy hats – the so-called 10 gallon hats. I think they look kind of hokey. It is almost like you are wearing a cone on top of your head. There is no point to it, unless you happen to be the Pope.
