Safety For Children
July 15th, 2008If one of your most pressing issues as a parent is safety for children, you are not alone. There are more and more stories on the news that make it seem as if no child is safe anywhere. Though you might think that some parents go overboard when they are protecting their children, I happen to be of the mind that it is much better to be paranoid than to be too lax. Your children need you to protect them because they are not yet able to protect themselves. They need you to look out for them.
Safety for children begins at home. I know that I think about it a lot, but I am never quite sure what to say. I talk to my daughter about strangers all the time, but she cannot quite understand what I am saying.
