A Quick Property Sale ‘Non-Option’
February 28th, 2008Estate agents are definitely a quick property sale non-option. This, for the simple reason that it could take longer than a year to sell your property this way. There are no guarantees. Even when disregarding the countless other disadvantages that homeowners have come to associate with agents, this risk of delay is enough to eliminate estate agents as a workable quick property sale solution.
A private property sale on the open market is not a realistic plan of action either. Unless you are a real estate guru who is able to secure a buyer after a few telephone calls, it is simply too risky. The fast of the matter is that selling privately is stressful and time-consuming work, and seeing that time is your main consideration, an obvious non-option.
