Types Of Wax Used To Make Classic Candles

If in the past, candles were made from both beeswax and animal fat, the latter is no longer a valid primary matter. There are other types of wax used to make classic candles, and the price and value varies according to the material. For instance paraffin wax, extracted from coal or petroleum is widely used in the candle manufacturing industry. However, classic candles made of paraffin wax are not considered among the most ecological ones, and they have severe competition from soy wax and beeswax candles.
