Laser Eye Surgery Risks

One of the risks involved in laser eye surgery is infection and if the eye that was infected was left untreated, it could create a scar on the cornea which will then result to permanent loss of vision.  The risk of having an infection when undergoing a laser eye surgery is very rare.  If you experience any unusual itchiness or redness of the eye after surgery, see your doctor immediately.
