Is there a Cure for Cellulite?
February 28th, 2007One of the most common problems for all women of all ages is cellulite. It occurs when fat is stored under honeycomb shaped tissue called septae that is fibrous in nature. Deposited fat expands and protrudes through the septae which is what causes the cottage cheese or orange peel appearance. There are many probable causes of cellulite which include estrogen imbalance, genetics, age, level of exercise, poor circulation and more. However, it’s not entirely clear why this problem occurs.
