Act Of Power Yoga

There are basically six series involved in the act of power yoga, and these involve that of three topics in particular: bandhas, drishtis, and mantras. There are three bandhas of which are prescribed in the various different postures, and what the bandha is, is basically a sustained contraction of a particular group of muscles, of which assist the participant in retaining a pose as well as moving in and out of it into other positions.
