November 26th, 2007Another flu season is about to hit North America. Some areas of the country are already seeing people with flu symptoms so it is a good time to renew your plans to help stop the spread of influenza.
With the American Thanksgiving weekend just ending there will be a lot of people coming home from all over the country and bringing back with them any viruses they may have been in contact with, especially if they were flying. “Tis the season” to be most cautious about being out in public. Wash your hands immediately after touching anything, especially after shaking someone’s hand or touching objects like doorknobs or hand railings. Carry a small container of liquid hand sanitizer with you and use it right away. All it takes is to put your hand to your face to spread the virus to you.
