November 30th, 2006What is the deal with real estate in Hollywood, California? That stuff is so pricey that it makes me wonder why folks go there. I mean come on, who wants to pay a cool million for a home that’s literally worth about a third of that? It just seems absurd if you ask me. The environment may be very desirable for some, but the quality of living sure does go down. Now, on the other hand, I guess one could argue that real estate in Hollywood makes for a great investment. So if you can pull off a flip-it routine with a run-down home, then you could end up swimming in a sea of cash.
